The old oil press in the Belluga building is now home to Segorbe's Oil Museum. This innovative interpretation centre gives visitors the chance to find out more about olive growing culture, delve into the world of the precious liquid gold and explore one of the essences of the Mediterranean dating back more than 7,000 years.
The museum displays machinery and tools used for the various tasks involved in producing olive oil, with interactive audiovisual systems recreating the traditional oil-making process and how it has developed over the course of history.
